Chinese Dance CCA at Tanjong Katong Primary School offers students an opportunity to explore the elegance and cultural richness of traditional Chinese dance. Through training and performances, students develop discipline, confidence, and teamwork while gaining a deeper appreciation for the performing arts.

Objectives:

1. To develop students’ skills and techniques in Chinese Dance and nurture appreciation for Chinese cultural dance.

2. To create a positive environment when students can foster positive relationship with their peers through practice sessions, opportunities to compete & perform.

3. To inculcate values of teamwork, discipline and perseverance.

CCA Schedule / Venue:

Primary 3 to 6

Monday: 2 – 4pm

Venue: Music Rooms

**Do take note that there might be practice sessions assigned on other days of the week on an ad-hoc basis to prepare the students for event/competition performances.
